Map of the Area

"An established community of treelined boulevards and green spaces, the city of Kettering offers residents a variety of housing options as well as community services for all ages. Not often does the city promote new housing, but in 2006, several new housing opportunities began to develop. Madison's Grant, located off Swigert Road, offers single family homes with 2,000 to 5,000 square feet of living space. The project, which is on annexed land from Sugarcreek Twp., has a projected 150 homes. Employment opportunities also increased as two businesses relocated into the city. MeadWestvaco announced its move from downtown Dayton to the former MCSi building in Kettering. Also GE Consumer Finance, now GE Money, has relocated its employees to its Kettering Business Park location. "
